Visiting a Robertson Amusements midway is a fun and exciting experience!  We want your visit to one of our events to be as easy as possible, so that you can focus on all the fun we have to offer!

Robertson Amusements will be following all related protocols and regulations.  We encourage our guests to do their part by frequently washing hands or using hand sanitizer.

What You Need To Know

Our guest service center is located on the midway.  If is the go to place for all midway questions and needs including:

• General midway information
• Lost and found for children and adults (including lost items)
• First aid
• Maps and location assistance for our current event
• Information and assistance for guests

Robertson Amusements Policies

• In the event of poor weather, some (if not all) rides may not operate.
• Each person is required to pay the required amount of tickets that are posted at each ride.
• Adults accompanying a paying child may stand next to their child on the Carousel free of charge.
• No refunds on ride bracelets or tickets
• Unused ride tickets may be used at any Robertson Amusements event throughout the year.

Comfort

We want our guests to have a comfortable experience at any one of our events. We provide our guests with shaded seating areas for fairgoers to rest throughout the day. Our cleaning staff continuously walks the grounds cleaning benches, picnic tables, trash cans, and the grounds to ensure a clean environment for all to enjoy.

While on the midway, our game attendants use no high-pressured sales tactics to entice you to play their game.
